The recent wildfires in the Los Angeles area have been devastating, leaving communities struggling with loss and the task of rebuilding. Here at BMW of Silver Spring, we may be on the other side of the country, but our hearts are with those affected by this tragedy. We know that many in our community, especially those with military ties, have connections to the Los Angeles area, and we want to express our support during this challenging time. Here is an overview of how BMW has provided meaningful assistance to those impacted by the wildfires.

As another year comes to a close here at BMW of Silver Spring, our team would like to extend the warmest wishes to the incredible Silver Spring, MD community. This year, we are especially thankful for the opportunity to give back to the place that has been generous enough to host our BMW dealership for years.

Here at BMW of Silver Spring, we are deeply grateful for the sacrifices made by the brave men and women of the United States Military. We are proud to serve the veterans all around the Silver Spring, MD region, which includes nearby Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, and we would like to take some time to express our sincere appreciation for their service. We do this by offering the BMW Military Program and through year-round support and community engagement.

A new model year is gathering steam here at BMW of Silver Spring. The coming weeks will see many more 2019 BMW cars taking their place at your BMW dealership, which means that it’s high time we started making space. Two things are certain at this time of year: the summer temperatures around Columbia, MD make your face feel like it’s melting, and BMW dealerships are taking delivery on 2019 BMW models. The former may or may not be good news depending on how well you tolerate the heat. But if you’re looking for a new BMW car, the latter is a definite plus. 

At this point, everyone knows that the American economy is ailing. With millions of Americans out of work and the unemployment rate remaining very high, there is no doubt that America is in grave debt. Unfortunately, the news doesn't like to cover positive efforts towards mending our suffering economy. For example, BMW has shown the American people that they are dedicated to developing sustainable growth at their South Carolina production facility.

I'm sure you have already heard that BMW is going to host their first comprehensive Art Car exhibition, after collecting all Art Cars ever created! You also have most likely heard that the exhibition will be held at the BMW Museum in Munich, Germany through September, 15 2011. But did you know that you don't actually have to go to Munich to see it?

You might be asking yourself, how is that possible…
