For those of you who haven't already heard, the ActiveE is BMW's first-ever pure electric vehicle. Based on the 1 Series Coupe, it sprints from 0-60 mph in under nine seconds!
Needless to say, BMW of Silver Spring and many of our customers, are chomping at the bit for the 700 ActiveE EVs to arrive in metropolitan markets across the country (e.g., New York), starting this fall. The forthcoming ActiveE won't be as expensive as many enthusiasts anticipated. According to a recent announcement by BMW, it will be available for only $499 per month with a modest down payment of $2,250.
