Starting with BMW hybrid SUVs, both the 2021 BMW X3 and the 2021 BMW X5 have available hybrid models. These models are referred to as PHEV vehicles.
The 2021 BMW X3 features a 2.0-liter i4 hybrid gas inter-cooled turbo engine that’s good for 288 horsepower. The BMW X3 is a Sport Activity Vehicle that combines the fuel efficiency of an electric motor with the versatility and power of a combustion engine.
