Just like the bright young folks that work at Apple stores, BMW will be installing "geniuses" is all of their dealerships around the world. The geniuses will be "tech-savvy" employees who have been specially trained to know the new Tech systems from front to back. It won't matter if you own a 3 Series or a M6, the BMW genius will be ready to give you a hands-on demonstration of all the features in your car, taking the time to make sure you understand how to operate every facet of the controls.
The BMW Genius Everywhere program is currently wrapping up its testing phase in the UK and our favorite Bavarian automaker plans to instate it across the rest of Europe and then bring it to the United States later this year.
