Got a great deal on a new BMW from Andy at BMW of Silver Spring. All the details were worked out prior to my stepping foot into the dealership. I came from 2.5 hrs away and left with full satisfaction. This was our second purchase from Andy and we look forward to buying from him again. I went to the dealership expecting only to look around. My previous car had been totaled in an accident. I looked at a car, test drove it and loved it. I worked with Lonnie Overby and the service was exceptional. He worked diligently to get me into a car the same day. I got the car I wanted with the payments where I wanted them and was even financed by the dealer. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

He always goes over and about the call of duty. lLast year my door handler would not close. So I panel and I call Mr Hull and told him what had happen. After purchasing my BMW 550i from SS, I have nothing but great things to say about their service department. To say this I have to give credit to my service advisor Thomas. Whether it's a ding in the door, a pot hole damaged rim, or a light scratch on the paint, Thomas always makes sure whatever is damaged is flawlessly repaired. I've had a badly damaged 464m rim from when I hit a pot hole. I didn't think it was repairable but Thomas took care of it. When I recieved my car back from the him, the rim looked newer then the other 3 rims on the car. I couldn't believe it! Even if I have to leave my car at the dealer he makes sure I have a comparable BMW vechicle to the one I drive. At the end of the day when I recieve my car, it's always washed and cleaner then when I left it with him. He's answers my calls in a timely manner, and he's always professional and approachable/friendly. In all, his level of service is outstanding and I wouldn't change my advisor for anyone else there.

There is a competitor BMW in my local area, and I still chose Silver Spring location based on positive experiences from colleagues. Jacob Raykhel responded to my inquiry emails about an X3; and was friendly, direct and informative at the dealership. My busy work schedule and his work schedule did not necessary align, but Mr. Raykhel was accommodating enough to get back to me if he was not in - or put me in contact with someone at the dealership. The team at the Silver Spring location is very professional and committed to their jobs and product.

The car industry is a grimmy business and Tischer BMW is your typical dealership. Their service dept doesn't have a clue and can't stand by the quality of their repairs! If they can't fix your car's problem, don't be surprised if they blame it on you or condescendingly suggest that you don't know how to work the car.

Chris has always been available no matter when I call him. He is a true professional whom BMW Silver Spring is lucky to have as a colleague.

I found Chris to be very knowledgeable about the car. He offered sujections that I hadn't concidered. He was upfront with the amount of time it would take to order the car and receive delivery. I found him to be very helpful and would, and have recommended him to others.

This was my third leased BMW, the first one was leased in Ohio and the other two were leased to my by Kailash at BMW Silver Spring. The whole team is a pleasure to work with, from Mr. Maloney, Joanna, Anthony and of course Kailash. My husband and I were torn between two different models and when we thought we finally had decided on a model, Kailash had the car washed and ready to go and all the paper work was pretty much signed and we were just about ready to say our good-byes and my husband changed his mind and decided on the other model because he knew that's where my heart was set at. It was a busy Saturday and I felt bad for having taken up so much time in trying to decide which car was more feasible for us. Kailash did not pressure us in any way and gave the pros of both cars. When my husband changed his mind Kailash was calm and said ok, no worries, grab a bite to eat and I will have the other car all ready to go for you. We went to grab a bite to eat and when we returned the other car was ready and all the paper work was ready for us to sign. I felt so bad for the last minute change on such a busy day, but no one on the team showed any signs of being agitated. We were told repeatedly by Mr. Maloney and Kailash that the goal was for us to be happy, no worries. Kailash was able to take care of us and his other customers in a timely manner without us feeling rushed. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, sincere, patient but time efficient salesperson, Kailash is the man. I will always go to him for sales, even if I move clear across the United States. With him it's not only business, you feel like you're visiting your friend, and that's the honest truth.
